Grafton Station Update
Grafton Station construction has been underway for the past 6 months or so. The construction to date has been on the Lowe’s store. The Lowe’s building exterior looks to be nearly completed. Given that the opening date is schedule for Q108, there must be plenty of work left to do on the inside of the building (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
The City of Dublin has approved the development of 4 other retail buildings that would be home to mid-sized retailers (e.g., Old Navy, Sephoria, Waldenbooks). While these buildings are approved for development, the City of Dublin has not received any applications to date from potential retailers. However, these should start flowing in once Lowe’s approaches their opening day in Q108.
