Dublin Real Estate – 1/4/08 Update
Dublin saw a spike in closings for the week of 1/4/08 with a total of 18 versus last week’s tally of 5 closings. The average sale price dipped a bit this week from $654K to $612K. However, 8 of the 18 units were condos from the Elan community which are generally priced between $400K and $600K. Excluding the one below market rate (BMR) sale this week, the average sale price change was essentially flat.
