Dublin had a phenomenal spike in home sales activity for the week-ended 2/1/08 – 22 this week vs. 12 last week. This was the highest number of sales in a week since late October. The average sale price dropped quite a bit due to the inclusion of BMRs and other townhomes/condos. The Willows, Silvera Ranch, and especially Elan saw healthy activity this past week.
