Dublin’s average home sale price increased 4% from week-ended 2/1/08 to 2/8/08. Volume was healthy as well at 15 units. The folks at Elan and The Willows cleaned up with most of the sales. Both communities offer convenience – the Elan at BART and The Willows right at the Alcosta on/off-ramp of I-680.
