As you’ve probably noticed, there has been tremendous progress on development of the 4 retail buildings at Grafton Station. While there haven’t been any retailers identified for these 4 buildings…Charter Properties was able to confirm that they are in discussions with prospective retailers. We should be receiving a more conclusive update soon. Check back at Around Dublin for future updates.

    Hey John,

Any idea what the unusual structure is on top of one of the buildings under construction at Grafton Station? Is it a sky high pagoda? A birdhouse for condors? A grain elevator? A tea penthouse? A tree fort?

    Impatient minds want to know!

Hi Tim – haha, I like your ideas for the structure…in all seriousness though, the structure on top of the corner building is a decorative feature that will have a pyramid top and quite a few windows. This should provide a great deal of natural light in the corner building.

    Thx, John Z.
