Dublin Real Estate – 3/28/08 Update

The sales reported for the week-ended 3/28/08 were down a bit from last week. The average sale price this week was $431,800 and 5 homes were sold in Dublin. We had two homes closed at Elan, one at The Willows, and two resale homes in the Dublin Ranch Villages. These numbers were consistent with the other Tri-Valley cities. On the whole, fundamentals in Dublin remain strong and the recent spate of liquidity provisions (e.g., Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Fed intervention) will only help the real estate market. How can I determine the individual price of the homes sold? I am particularly interested in the 2 that were sold at Elan.

    Thanks,
