Dublin Pride Week 2008
You may have noticed all of the “Dublin Pride” banners hanging on the light posts along Dublin Blvd. the past few weeks. Dublin Pride Week will be held from Saturday April 26th to Saturday May 3rd. Dublin Pride Week provides residents with an opportunity to volunteer, learn about how we can make our city even more “green”, and demonstrate our civic pride in Dublin. This year’s events include:
- April 25th – 26th – Bus Obscura
- April 26th – Volunteer Day to help with school, senior, and a storm drain projects.
- April 26th – Guided Nature Walk along the rustic Tassajara Creek Trail.
- April 28th – May 2nd – Food Drive at both of Dublin’s Safeway stores on Dublin Blvd. and Tassajara Rd.
- Saturday May 3rd – Household Hazardous Waste drop off, Compost Giveaway, and Water Wise drought tolerant gardening class.
