It was a great week for home sellers this past week in Dublin. We saw 11 home sales in Dublin for the week-ended 4/4/08 with an 18% spike in the average home sale price. This compares to 3 sales in Pleasanton and 11 in Livermore for the same period. The home sales in Dublin were comprised of 6 new home sales and 5 existing home sales. Elan had 4 home sales, Silvera Ranch had 1 home sale, and The Willows had 1 home sale. It’s impressive that Dublin saw an average price increase given that Elan sold one below market rate home and another at a very affordable price of $359,000. It’s a good indication of overall strength in our real estate market.
