Dublin had another banner week in home sales. The average home sale price held steady at $500K, but Dublin had 28 home sales this past week – nearly double the volume from last week and quadruple the number of sales from 2 weeks ago:

  • Elan led the way with 21 new homes sold!
  • Silvera Ranch had 3 home sales.
  • There were 4 existing home sales this past week.

Some more good news for home sellers – mortgage applications increased by 15.6% this past week as compared to last week due to falling interest rates. Look for home sale volumes to remain strong as mortgage rates continue to drop and mortgage applications continue to rise.
