Grafton Plaza Community Meetings

Charter Properties will be hosting community meetings with Dublin residents and community leaders to informally discuss the proposed Grafton Plaza development. Charter Properties will also be seeking feedback from attendees on the proposed development. At this time, there are two meetings scheduled:
- Meeting 1: Wednesday 5/7/08 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Fallon Middle School (3601 Kohnen Way).
- Meeting 2: Tuesday 5/20/08 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Dougherty Elementary School (5301 Hibernia Drive).
If you’d like to attend on of these meetings, please RVSP by calling 925-905-5294 or emailing James Tong at Jim@graftonplaza.com. You can also RSVP by clicking here to use this form.
Please note that the second date on this form should read Tuesday, May 20th Meeting.
Charter Properties is only allowing for 25 residents to attend each meeting – so please RSVP early. If there is a great deal of demand to participate in these meetings, Charter Properties will schedule additional meetings.
It’s great to see Charter Properties taking the initiative to meet with residents to engage in a dialogue about Grafton Plaza.

Hi Anonymous – while I definitely have my opinion about the proposed project and have expressed it at City meetings, I try to stay objective on the Around Dublin blog. It’s great to see that residents will have a voice in the approved project design.

Hi Everone,
The City of Dublin has confirmed that the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Grafton Plaza is still being prepared, as the city awaits input from other agencies. Given how important this project is to Dublin and the scale of zoning change requested by Charter Properties, I am thankful that the city is handling this EIR with all the care and attention it deserves.
