The real estate market in Dublin was strong for the week-ended 6/6/08 with the average home sale price inching up 1% to $567K. A total of 10 homes were sold in Dublin this past week with 4 new homes sold (2 at Elan and 2 at Silvera Ranch) and 6 existing homes sold. You can see from the chart above that both the average weekly home sale price and number of homes sold has be steadily increasing over the past few months. This portends well for Dublin homeowners.
