Weekly Poll: Grafton Plaza
As the release of the Grafton Plaza Environmental Impact Report (EIR) should be forthcoming within the next few months, it seems appropriate for Dubliners to think and speak out about what they’d like to see built (or not built) at Grafton Plaza.
If you are a resident that feels passionately about the development plans for Grafton Plaza, then please be sure to attend the next City meeting to review the EIR and provide comments for the Grafton Plaza project team.
As has been mentioned before, one of the reasons that we live in the best city in the Bay Area is that residents like you and I have full access to the City staff and elected officials that make the critical decision in our community.

I was on the city of dublin planning website, and noticed that there is another section of grafton station under planning review. It is listed as “grafton station phase 3″ I was wondering if you had any info on this. If you look at the map attached on the website, it looks as though it is next to the grafton plaza. It includes 2 large buildings and a restaurant.

Hi Anonymous – I don’t have any details on this other than the developer will be building on two lots. One will be right next to the existing 4 retail pads that are currently under construction and the second will be where the large mound directly in front of Lowe’s is located. The developer will be flattening the mound and constructing the 100K+ sq. ft. building.
I should have more details on Grafton Station, Grafton Plaza, and the Promenade by early next week. Please check back for info.
Thx, John Z.
