One will be right next to the existing 4 retail pads that are currently under construction and the second will be where the large mound directly in front of Lowe's is located. The developer will be flattening the mound and constructing the 100K+ sq. ft. building.<br/><br/>I should have more details on Grafton Station, Grafton Plaza, and the Promenade by early next week. It is listed as "grafton station phase 3" I was wondering if you had any info on this. If you look at the map attached on the website, it looks as though it is next to the grafton plaza.
