The new Hyatt Place Dublin (formerly known as AmeriSuites) on the corner of Hacienda and Dublin Blvd. looks nice. The new paint color compliments the ‘earth-tone’ facade demonstrated in The Green.

I might not have been clear on my post.. It does indeed look like Dublin Toyota is moving to the (now vacant) Dublin Ford location--- There is a sign up that says that Dublin Toyota is "coming soon" to that space...

Hi John,
It would be great if Dublin Toyota can be relocated to where Dublin Ford used to be. It is a far better location than their current home. Perhaps this move can be used as a model for how we can move tenants to make room for the Downtown Dublin Specific Plan. Please let us know as soon as you find out more details. Thank you.

Hi Gordon – that’s a great question. There haven’t been any potential tenants identified for Dublin Toyota’s current location(s). However, we should have more details within the next few weeks.
