Happy 4th of July Dubliners!!! We had an increase in the number of homes sold this past week compared to previous weeks: 19 homes sold in total with 7 new homes (5 at Elan, 1 at Silvera Ranch, and 1 at The Willows) and 12 existing homes sold. The average sale price dipped to $484K this week based on a higher than normal ratio of town homes sold (10 town homes sold).
