Jackpot! Dublin had 31 home sales this week – 18 new homes and 13 existing homes. Here was the breakdown for the new homes:

• Elan – 15
• Silvera Ranch – 2
• The Willows – 1

While the average home sale price dipped a bit to $481K (because of the mix of housing sold), the number of homes sold increased by nearly 1/3. In fact, the 31 home sales for the week-ended 8/1/08 is the most sold in Dublin since October 26, 2007.
