Any increase here though should reduce the same amount elsewhere in town that is away from TOD. With that said, in a perfect world, I'd prefer that the apartments and retail space not be built on the Pleasanton side so that the supply of homes and retail pads could be limited to Dublin. Admittedly, that's a Dublin-centric perspective...but I'm a Dublin-centric guy.<br/><br/>Thx, John Z. I wonder how this addition will affect Windstar's project in Dublin? What are your thoughts, John? What did we get in return really by letting Windstar build the additional 90 condos? I hope we will take away 90 condos from other upcoming developments; otherwise, we will be stuck with a net gain of condos.
