Dublin Real Estate Update – 9/5/08
Dublin’s real estate market went from upside-down to right side-up this week. We had 13 total sales this week with a 13% increase in the average sale price to $554K. Of the 13 total home sales, we had 6 new home sales reported (a sterling 4 at Silvera Ranch and 2 at Elan) and 7 existing homes sold all throughout Dublin.
