Dublin home sellers saw another strong week with a total of 15 reported home sales:

• 4 new – 2 at Silvera Ranch and 2 at Sonata
• 11 existing – spread throughout Dublin

This week’s average home sale price of $577K was well above the 3-month average of $559K.
