I made a public comment to the City Council when the newly elected members took the oath of office. Someone posted my comment to YouTube, you can find it by searching "Steve White, Kevin Hart, Dublin".<br/><br/>To make this very brief, Kevin Hart violated Alameda County Judge Julie Conger's specific instructions to allow me access to the county courthouse, when he was the head of security over there. <br/><br/>Hart was trying to cover up dirt in the county courts, as a favor to some people. It would take a long time to explain it all, some of it is in the YouTube clip. <br/><br/>The bottom line with Hart seems to be, he does what he wants, even when a judge specifically tells him it's against the law. He does not care about the Constitution, and so it's not surprising he attacks Zukosky for allowing free speech on his web page, or that he belittled the people who voted for Zukoski. <br/><br/>He came out of ACMEA, and Operating Engineers Local 3, both overly powerful secretive lobbying groups.
