Grafton Station Marketing Brochure

Colliers International published this fantastic brochure that provides not only great pictures and site drawings of Grafton Station, but also a land use illustration of how all of the Dublin Ranch, Fallon Village, and Wallis Ranch area will be developed (please see page 4 of 13). There is also a cornucopia of demographic, growth, and property value statistics for the area surrounding Grafton Station on pages 6-13.

Quite interesting. Grafton Plaza seems tiny on the map. Much smaller than previous plans. Also, I am surprised that the 1000 future faimlies in Positano will be squeezed into one access point.

With Buffalo WIld Wings doing bang-up business (it seems), i’m surprised these other open spots haven’t filled up– Grafton Station is perfect for another restaurant or even a pizza place (Round Table would be smart to move in here asap)—

I agree with the post ahead of me. I cant believe there arent more interested businesses. I was at B-dubs last night.. It was insane.. so many people… everyone cheering for Orlando, Until Labron sinks a basket with one second on clock.. the place went crazy.. go atmosphere for watching sports and having a drink, come on Starbucks, petes or any other coffee franchise. this is your opening.. and restaurants too.. build a good place. People in Dublin will come to it… just a quick note. Thank yo….

Hi Tom – B-Dubs must have electric last night. I couldn’t agree with you more on the perfect opening for a coffee shop next to B-Dubs and Lowe’s. Given the competitive lease rates, I’m surprised that Peet’s, Starbucks, Tully’s, or an independent coffee shop hasn’t signed a lease yet.
Thx, John Z.

We live in an anti-capitalist political environment. I’m not surprised no one wants to start a business there.
Tonight should also be packed at B-Dubs, for the highly anticipated Matt Serra vs. Matt Hughes UFC fight.

Any updates on the Sports Authority and Bevmo? I know Circuit City is long gone but what happened to the other two retailers that were still on board? Looks like that project is not moving anytime soon as Charter put up a nice white picket fence around the site, indicating that dirt will be the long term residence there just like the Promenade.

It’s the “Economy” that is keeping businesses from acting. There is still way too much instability in the marketplace and the credit markets are not flowing yet. It will take time but the vacant shops will be leased and as Tom said, “People in Dublin will come to it”
