As I would LOVE to see a UFC Gym here in Dublin, I don't think the proposed spot is ideal, only because of parking. I doubt they are looking to build a new building, and would rather use a pre-existing site. The old Toyota location on Dublin Ct. would be a great spot, if they were looking to build out. Plenty of room for a big building and parking, close to freeway's, would not impeded on other tenants and would be in walking distance to the Trailee tenants. I'm glad to see that something might go where Good Guys used to be. That spot has been vacant way too long. I believe that there is a solution to the parking issue. I may be ahead of myself but I don't see that dealer surviving in such an obscured location. <br /><br />Off topic, does anyone know if the GM and Chrysler Dealerships in Dublin made the cut or not?
