I wish Extreme provided more seating. We always go out in large groups of 4-8 people thus the small location would not work for us. We'd hate to hog up what little seatings there are with just our group thus avoid it altogether.

Great Pizzas though, even for the price it is worth it. Great promotion and a great addition to Dublin's eaterie landscape.

Great, I've been going to Little Home in Pleasanton but will now support the Dublin location as I'm a Dubliner. Me and my wife went there last week for dinner, same wonderful food and with a wide variety of choices.

The service was good and prompt, although the young staff, possibly the owner's kids are quite shy and not as open and friendly as one would expect from a family owned restaurant. We never really felt welcomed or appreciated, it felt kinda cold. Especially during this economic times when families don't spend to eat out as much, any business owners should be appreciative that one has chosen to spend money at there eaterie instead of at a competitor.

Hey, Little Home just opened with free Thai Ice Tea with purchase of a dish through the end of June. I hear Subway and a Dry Cleaner is on. Need a coffee shop and another restaurant though to make it a real retail center. Without the mass of residence above and behind though it will be challenging to the stores already opened. As a resident I do what I can and patronize these businesses (Little Home, Extreme Pizza, Nothing Bundt Cake, Cut Beyond) when I can or have money to spend.

Sonata will restart only when the builder can sell the homes at a certain price. Currently it has depressed so much it was hard for them to break even or at least meet the minimum revenue per unit that their company requires. As a company, Lennar is in good shape, unlike many others like Pinn Brothers for Tralee.

Values at Sonata will depress even more when and if that proposed banquet hall/community center/religious center gets final approval and word gets out.

I'm glad that Extreme Pizza is doing well, but given their prices, it's not a surprise. I have a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and spent $50 on 1 small cheese, 1 medium Hawaiian, and 1 medium combo pizza, and we were still hungry afterwards. Also, the "eat in" area appears to only hold 4 families (or so it seems), so it would be difficult to bring a large group in there without being "split up".

Don't get me wrong, the pizzas were very yummy, but that's too much to pay for pizza and I think the place is too small.

I think a lot of the early success comes from the "free" promotions, but the true test will be when the freebies go away and everyone has to pay for their food.

Hi Angela – I think that some home builders – like Lennar and Toll – are more conservative than others. Lennar has lots of cash on their balance sheet and is more likely to build at a slower pace. In this case, they may be trying to create pent up demand for their product by slowing down the release of each phase. Home builders like Hovnanian Enterprises are near bankruptcy because they used shareholder equity to build a bunch of homes with little to no demand on speculation.

John, any idea when Lennar is going to build more new homes for Sonata? I thought new home market has already picked up, due to the California tax credit. Now is the seasonal peak time for real estate because of kids going to schools. I really don't understand why they stopped building more, while other builders is continuing doing so and even increasing the prices a bit. Again, thank you.

Hi Angela – Lennar’s Sonata development is in good shape. Lennar has sold out all of the homes that you see at Sonata. They have about 70 left to build once the new home market picks up again.
