Hi PG – the last I heard, Charter Properties was having difficulty getting financing to build Phase I of the Promenade. Banks aren’t too excited about lending on commercial projects unless developers can show a high % of signed lease agreements.

any more updates on promenade 2.0. I was going thru this thread, and it seems like its more than a year now since we got approval to proceed. Are we spec’ing for promenade 2.5?

Toll Brothers withdrew their appeal. The Promenade is a go. I talked to someone from Charter at the city council meeting and they should start building within 60 days.
