There's nothing sketchy about massages like Pleasanton Spa and Massage Envy -- I just don't think there's a spot big enough for a franchise like Massage Envy at Waterford except for the old Stacey's. Not sketchy at all. It's basically a very focused Spa and I'd love to have one in Dublin. I'd also love to see a Bar Method or Yoga studio in there. The nearest are downtown Pleasanton and San Ramon.
