This isn&#039;t mythical, this isn&#039;t conjecture, this is fact.  17 stop lights, 4 stop signs. 6 miles door-to-door.  Of the stop lights the majority are minor (meaning they are intersections to roads with little to no traffic and therefore are almost always green).  A few are major intersections (like Dublin Blvd. and Dougherty Rd.).My commute has been consistently a non-issue with no traffic and it would take a heck of a lot of growth on the East side to change that.  There isn&#039;t any room for growth on the West side that would impact this commute (because the minor intersections mostly lead to semi-industrial areas that are built out).  A second high school has to be built on the foundation of solving a real problem (capacity, performance, safety) - what real problem is being solved by Tassajara Prep?  Haven&#039;t heard a single credible answer to that question yet - still waiting.Here is the detail of my commute:- Groveland and N. Dublin Ranch Road (stop sign, right turn) - N. Dublin Ranch Rd and Antone Way (stop sign, straight) - S. It would be 122 signals every day to drive my daughter to the high school and pick her up in the afternoon.  They said it doesn&#039;t include all the stop signs on the way, so that&#039;s even more stops.  I guess they tried to find the worst case today, but when the rest of east Dublin is built, new buyers will have even more lights and stop signs.I guess if you repeat &quot;Dublin is tiny&quot; enough times, some people will start believing you.  Just like repeating &quot;Iraq was responsible for 9/11&quot;.  But Dublin is not tiny, and it is still growing.  Most people are smart enough to see it is a very long distance from one side of Dublin to the other, and both sides are separated by a narrow piece of land in the middle with only one road going through it.
