Sonata at Dublin Ranch Temporarily Sold Out
Sonata at Dublin Ranch is a new community of 119 single-family detached homes by Lennar in Dublin, CA. Sitting to the East of the future Springfield Montessori School and the Dublin Muslim Community Center, the Sonata homes are among some of the most energy efficient private residences in Dublin. They are currently the only new production homes to come standard with a roof-integrated solar electric system.
After months of closure, the Sonata Welcome Home Center opened for information on December 4, 2009. Lennar originally intended to put just two home sites, #91 and #109, on the market. Responding to the high level of interest shown by prospective buyers, Lennar released a third home site, #92, along with the other two for sale on December 19, 2009. Priced from $670K to $730K, all three homes were sold on the same day. Lennar expects to deliver these homes by the middle of 2010.
Sonata at Dublin Ranch is currently at 50% build-out, and Lennar has more than 20 prospective buyers on the waiting list for this project. The Sonata Welcome Home Center expects to know whether or not more home sites will be released for sale on January 7, 2010. This is a very encouraging news for all Dubliners. We are continuing to attract people to move in with the improving API scores and its City reputation. I am sure Dublin will turn out very strong once the recession start to ease.

I am glad I saw this because I was about to purchase a new Sonata (Lennar) home directly across from this Muslim community site!! I feel sorry for those who are not well informed of this and it seems that the sales agents are hiding the facts as well because it will definitely hurt their remaining sales.
