I was recently a victim of mail fraud. They have obtained credit card pre-approvals and have been submitting them to various credit companies. I live in a town house with a shared locking mail box unit. Unfortunately, these individual boxes mentioned do not work as a solution. Has anyone come up with any other alternatives?

Btw, I’ve taken action, filed police report, notified my creditors. It’s very un-nerving and I feel like a victim.
I urge everyone to be self vigilant and check your credit reports on a regular basis. Or even signup for ID Theft Prevention service.

I have been in Dublin since 2003. I’m now thinking about moving. It’s really sad. I like this place otherwise.

In general the best place to obtain the CC&R for a given community is through the HOA directly. The City may have some of the original CC&Rs, but it does not maintain them or their amendments. Thank you.

my husband and I are considering purchase of a condo in your HOA. We would like to obtain a copy of the HOA rules. Please advise us as how obtain them.

Seems like any black lockable mailbox are acceptable by the HOA. Many residents have already installed some.

Can you post the spec of the approved lock box on this blog? I contacted the new HOA rep from Common Interest and she doesn’t seem to know. She asked me to submit a formal “architectural” request. Ill let blog user know once its approved.
