We apologize for the delay. The Sorrento East article was pushed out a week, because we have been waiting for the Site Development Review, which will not be available until Monday, March 1, 2010. We will be reviewing that document in person first thing Monday morning, and the article should go out before March 5, 2010. As a home owner in Sorrento, you should have already received a public hearing notice for this project. The public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 7PM in the City Council Chambers.

Many home owners from all five communities in Sorrento West attended the special presentation by Regent Properties. We will publish a summary of the presentation the week of February 22, 2010. We have moved the publication date back, because Regent Properties will not be presenting in front of the Planning Commission until March 9. Having seen the proposed changes in more detail, the Around Dublin Team can say that we are extremely impressed by the thought and detail Regent Properties has put into the new Sorrento East design.

As long as there’s still house to build, the builder will be on the HOA board…why caring about “annexation” even before the development starts?
