Third Annual HipHop Workshop at Spotlight Arts Academy

HipHop Workshop

Dublin’s very own Spotlight Arts Academy of Dance and Music will be holding its Third Annual Hip-Hop Workshop on April 17th and 18th at its Dublin studio located at 6979 Sierra Court. The workshops for Beginner/Intermediate level students will be held on Saturday, April 17th, from 10AM-2PM and on Sunday, April 18th, from 11AM-3PM. The Intermediate/Advanced level student workshops will be on Saturday, April 17th, from 10AM-4PM and Sunday, April 18th, from 11AM-5PM. The workshop instructors will be Omar Kadir, Digz (For the Cause), Krystle Pascua (FUNKSF and Kaba Modern), and Brandon Greathouse (Press P.L.A.Y).

Please note that the HipHop workshop is open to dancers who are at least 7 years old. Performance opportunities will be provided. Please email Spotlight Arts Academy of Dance and Music at office@spotlightaa.com to have a registration packet emailed to you. The last day to register is April 15th.

Spotlight Arts Academy of Dance and Music is the premier performing arts school in Dublin. Spotlight Arts Academy is located at 6979 Sierra Court and offers a full range of dance classes such as Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Kinder-dance, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Pilates, Poppin’ & Lockin’, and Break-dance. Students of all ages and skill levels are welcome to Spotlight Arts Academy.

Spotlight Arts Academy award-winning Owner and Artistic Director Naja Gentry has danced with Paula Abdul, toured with MC Hammer, been a member of both the Golden Warrior Girls and 49ers Gold Rush cheer leading teams, and provided dance instruction for students throughout the United States.
