According to chatters from various sources, Grafton Station seems to be very close to landing a steakhouse. The steakhouse is owned by an early founder of the storied Hungry Hunter Steakhouse empire. Details should be emerging soon. The addition of a steakhouse to Grafton Station would make a great deal of sense and should complement Buffalo Wild Wings and Karma Fusion Lounge very nicely. In addition to these restaurants, Grafton Station is also home to Lowe’s and Dublin Ranch Dental.

If the lease can be finalized, the new steakhouse would be another indication that momentum at Grafton Station is slowly building. The rumored steakhouse could be the additional piece needed to attract other restaurants and shops to Grafton Station.

Grafton Station is located in East Dublin on Dublin Boulevard across from the Villas at Dublin Ranch Villages.

Please, please, please make it a high-end steakhouse like: Capital Grille, Flemings, Morton’s, etc and NOT something weak like Hungry Hunter or Sizzler or Outback….

That’s too bad that Fusion likes to use a racist, copyrighted picture of Dora on their website (illegal use)–Makes me think they aren’t professional, ie, are a bunch of punks running the restaurant (just what I DON’T want cooking/preparing my food)….

How is this racist and make them a bunch of punks? Its a denunciation of the Arizona law by the chef and I’m sure it resonates with the multicultural young crowd that is targeted by Karma. If you didn’t get the meaning of the ID pic because of your own political views and that will make you boycott the place, your loss.

I suggest you not get into any hot political fight, because it will not do your business any good overall. Yes, you will attract some customers because of your political statement, but you will lose more because of that. Just look at the main stream liberal media, TV or newspaper, they are all doing very poorly.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Now that I know the political stance of Karma, I will definitely NOT ever go there. We had been considering it, but now? Forget it.

That is an odd picture to have on your website next where your photo should be, even if it is a politically motivated statement there is not context there.

It looks like Grafton is bringing in more low to medium end restaurants, and not the high end ones everyone is asking for. I guess it makes sense that a 4 or 5 star restaurant wouldn’t want to be located between a hardware store and a dentist office. What ever happened to this area being the East Bay version of Santana Row?

Actually, I did receive a call about a month ago for a telephone survey about grocery store shopping habits. I completed the survey, and although the interviewer was attempting to be nuetral, you could tell by some of the questions that they were commissioned by the Food 4 Less people. They started out by asking about shopping habits and preferences for many stores, such as Safeway, Trader Joes, Smart & Final, and others, but at the end of the interview all of the questions centered around Food 4 Less, and whether or not I enjoy shopping there or if I would choose Food 4 Less as an alternative to my other preferred stores. I just wanted to share this with the AD community because I don’t think it is too far of a stretch to assume that some of the lower quality businesses are feeling out Dublin for potential.

I hope not….Food for Less will further depress the property value.
I would rather have a vacant land than those low end retailer. I am sure majority of dublin home owners will feel the same.

    John,
Saw this new ad for grafton, and it looks like along with the new steakhouse someone has a lease pending for one of the other pads. This is good news.

Let me ask you; where can you go for a great meal, fantastic wine, top shelf liquor,be seated at the table by the owners of the resturant and after one minute you feel like family? Gracious is the word for Doug and Rose Garcia and thier beauitfully appointed Cellar 9 resturant in Gafton Station, Dublin. Making sure every conversation is upwardly mobile and that waitstaff is aware of everything, the Garcia’s have a winner on their hands from the sustainable menu to the local wines and top shelf scotch.

Went to the grand opening, super nice family and staff. Been there a few more times for the goat cheese flat bread pizza and the wedge salad. Also like the ribs. Cr*p, now I’m hungry!
