Fidelity Investments will soon be establishing its presence in the Tri-Valley. Patrick McGaughey and Sam Finne with Terranomics Retail Services have represented tenant Fidelity Investments in a new long-term lease of 4,500 square feet of end cap space in The Shops at Waterford in Dublin, CA. Owned by Loja Real Estate LLC, the property is located at 4500 Tassajara Road. Fidelity Investments will be occupying the former Blockbuster Video storefront. With the Martial Arts studio’s taking over the former Blue Tomatoes Furniture space, two prime locations in The Shops at Waterford are now off the market.
