Easter Seals Bay Area would like to invite Around Dublin Blog readers to the First Annual Kaleidoscope Festival of Art and Sound on Saturday, August 7th. This special community inclusion and volunteer appreciation event will be at 7425 Larkdale Avenue, Dublin, CA 94568, from 2:00PM to 6:00PM. The First Annual Kaleidoscope Festival of Art and Sound offers a great opportunity for people of all ages to check out Easter Seals Bay Area and enjoy art exhibit, live music, and hot dogs – all for free. The Easter Seals Bay Area family will be there in full force, including Dr. Michael Pelfini, President of Easter Seals Bay Area, and Dublin Mayor Tim Sbranti.

Easter Seals Bay Area has been helping individuals and families with disabilities and special needs live better lives for more than 80 years. Its services enable individuals with disabilities to address life’s challenges, achieve personal goals, and simply gain greater independence for everyday living. Easter Seals Bay Area has a specific expertise in providing services for individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum, including consultation, early intervention, school-based, social skills, and therapeutic services.

The Easter Seals Bay Area Kaleidoscope program is a home-away-from-home for its participants, offering a nurturing, structured environment that prepares them for independence through age-appropriate, activities and positive peer interaction. For more than 20 years, Kaleidoscope has been teaching vital independent living skills to youth with developmental disabilities. Through the Easter Seals Bay Area Kaleidoscope after-school program, children with developmental disabilities can move higher and farther than ever before. All of life’s possibilities are within reach. Kaleidoscope currently provides more than 37,000 hours of service to 50 children annually.
