The Spot the Express Lane Car promotional contest is offered by Solem & Associates. To qualify for the $680 in prize money, contestants must complete and submit the entry form online at I-680 official website. This Promotion is open to everyone who completes and submits the online form before September 10th at 11:59PM.

Only one entry per person is allowed and duplicate entries will be removed prior to the drawing. All the fields must be completed on the entry form including name, email, city of residence, and the time and place the car was spotted. One winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries on September 11th. The winner will be notified via email and will receive $680 in cash.
