Mommy Meet and Match is a unique Dublin-based service that introduces busy parents and qualified sitters in just over ONE hour. The service Mommy Meet and Match provides is an efficient, affordable, convenient, safe, and fun way for parents and sitters to meet, mingle, and match. East Bay Mommy and Founder, Angela Gloyd, who is a mommy herself, uses her experience as a former nanny and event planner to create a solid Mommy and Sitter networking event.

The next Mommy Meet and Match event will be hosted at Super Franks in Pleasanton on Tuesday, December 14th from 6:30PM-8:00PM. Meet and Greet Event Details

Your host will do introductions and explain the process. You will be seated across from a parent/sitter and have a few minutes to ask and be asked questions in order to get a first impression. Once your “speed interview” time is up, the host will instruct you to move onto the next person.

The last 15 minutes of the evening are reserved for networking. This time is a great opportunity to follow up with the parents/sitters of interest, confirm contact information, etc. Parents can also use the last 15 minutes of the event to network and find other parents who may interested in babysitting exchange, nanny share, etc.

At the end of the night, the sitters and parents will walk away with contact information and resumes of all the attendees they met. With the information collected from this event, they may choose to contact one another for future childcare opportunities.
