The 72-year-old Dublin man, missing since yesterday afternoon, has been found safe at the Safeway store at Bollinger Canyon Road and Dougherty Road in San Ramon, CA. A San Ramon police officer recognized Jorge Arroyo from the bulletin and confirmed his identity. Mr. Arroyo is with Dublin Police and is being reunited with his family.

On February 3, 2011, around 3:00PM, Mr. Arroyo left his home for a walk to the Emerald Glen Park. Mr. Arroyo reported him as missing when he had not returned home by 10:00PM on Thursday, February 3, 2011. Dublin Police immediately began a search for Mr. Arroyo and have broadcast his description to Law Enforcement agencies asking for assistance in locating him. After conducting an active search and contacting businesses in the area looking for anyone who may have seen him, Dublin Police Services is happy to report that Mr. Arroyo has been found safe at the Safeway store in San Ramon. The 72-year-old Dublin man is with Dublin Police and will soon be reunited with his family.
