The Hindu Community and Cultural Center, at the Shiva Vishnu Temple in Livermore, CA, will be conducting a free alternative medicine health fair that will be open to all on Saturday June 25th from 12:30PM to 4:00PM at 1232 Arrowhead Avenue. In addition to enjoying lectures on Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Acupressure, and Acupuncture, attendees will have the chance to participate in Question and Answer sessions on healthy living.

“The Hindu Community and Cultural Center Human Services group believes that service to mankind is service to god,” shared chairperson Suman Jain. “It is in that spirit we at the Hindu Community and Cultural Center reach out to the community be it health, food, or education by touching people’s lives in our own small way. The Alternative Medicine Health Fair is one such event where we strive to provide the basic human need for everyone.”

The Hindu Community and Cultural Center has always been very active in the Tri-Valley community. This Livermore-based non-profit organization held the Tri-Valley Youth College Career and Community Fair in April and free health fair in May. Both events were well attended.
